And that is exactly why we are regularly on the lookout for ways to further expand our workplace health promotion (WHP). These include, for example, the EGYM Wellpass and a JobRad offer, which are now available to the Dengler Engineering team. 

With the help of the Wellpass, which we subsidise, employees have the opportunity to use numerous sports facilities such as fitness studios, yoga courses, swimming pools and many more at reduced prices. Across Germany, the Wellpass enables participation in a total of 6,000 sports and wellness facilities. In addition, online courses in the areas of sport, nutrition and meditation are also part of the offer. 

Important: Wellpass holders can use the facilities flexibly and as often as they like. The costs for each participating employee of all Schulz Group companies amount to only 20 euros per month. Conversely, the group of companies takes over the majority of the costs with more than 30 euros per month. Membership can be cancelled on a monthly basis.

In addition to the Wellpass, DENGLER ENGINEERING employees can also lease a company bike of their choice. At the market leader of company bike leasing providers, JobRad, the team has a wide range of possible bikes to choose from: from racing bikes and mountain bikes to pedelecs and cargo bikes.
